Exchange Policy
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Exchange/Return is subject to verification via a Complete Opening Video of the parcel.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in case of out-of-stock or major issues
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer
